Shipping is free on all orders over 150€.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Spain using CORREOS and include tracking. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, and delays can occasionally occur during high-demand periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, or collection launches.

Estimated shipping times:

•⁠  ⁠Spain: 4–5 business days  
•⁠  ⁠UK & Europe: 6–7 business days  
•⁠  ⁠USA & Canada: 7–10 business days  
•⁠  ⁠Rest of the world: 10–14 business days  

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination country. Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties or taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price.

If a package is rejected or returned due to unpaid customs or incorrect delivery information, any additional costs will be deducted from the refund.

Please ensure that all shipping details provided during checkout are correct. We are not liable for delivery issues caused by incomplete or inaccurate information (e.g. address, phone number, postal code).

Your local customs office may also request further documentation, which could delay delivery beyond the estimated timeframe.

For destinations outside the EU, Canary Islands, or the UK, taxes and duties are not included in our prices. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
