Shipping is free on all orders over 150€.

Most orders from the United States, Canada, and Mexico are shipped from our warehouse in Atlanta, USA. However, depending on product availability and stock levels, some orders may be fulfilled from our main warehouse in Spain instead to avoid delays caused by out-of-stock items.

All other international orders are shipped from our warehouse in Spain using ZELERIS/CORREOS.

All shipments include tracking. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, and slight delays can occasionally occur during high-demand periods such as summer, Christmas, Black Friday, or collection launches.

Estimated shipping times:

• Spain: 4–5 business days
• UK & Europe: 6–7 business days
• USA & Canada: 2–4 business days (or 7–10 business days if shipped from our warehouse in Spain due to stock availability)
• Rest of the world: 10–14 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination country. Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties or taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price.

If a package is rejected or returned due to unpaid customs or incorrect delivery information, any additional costs will be covered by the customer.

Please ensure that all shipping details provided during checkout are correct. We are not liable for delivery issues caused by incomplete or inaccurate information (e.g. address, phone number, postal code).

Your local customs office may also request further documentation, which could delay delivery beyond the estimated timeframe.

For destinations outside the EU, the Canary Islands, or the UK, taxes and duties are not included in our prices. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
