Bikinis are not returnable as they are an intimate garment.

Fortunata has a 15-day return policy: you have 15 days from when your order is delivered to ship it back to us for a refund or exchange.

Please note that for a return to be effective, the item must be in the same condition in which it arrived.

Return shipping charges are not covered by Fortunata.

If everything is correct, your refund will then be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method. You will receive an email as soon as the refund has been processed. The refunded amount may take up to 5 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank.
